Cupping is an ancient therapeutic practice that uses suction to promote blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and support healing. A cupping session typically involves placing glass or plastic cups on the skin to create gentle suction, which may leave temporary circular marks. Many people leave a session feeling relaxed, loosened, and revitalized. Cupping treatments are approximately 30 minutes.
